Wow, I can't believe I already have 100 followers! You all make me feel so loved! (*mmmm, warm fuzzies!!*)
I've been wanting to host a giveaway for a while but now that I have 100 followers, I think it's time!
The lucky winner of my first giveaway will receive this purse which contains:
-a vintage lipstick container, refilled with brand new lipstick in "retro red"
- two red vintage cosmetics containers, refilled with loose eyeshadow in dusty pink and cream
-New L'Oreal Paris Lineur Intense felt tip liquid eyeliner in "carbon black" (see close-up photo of my liner for felt tip detail)
-A lovely Vintage Avon powder compact with rhinestone closure with instructions for refilling the compact with your shade of pressed powder.

My favourite vintage beauty is Maila Nurmi(vampira), I know it's a bit diffrent, but ever since i saw her in "plan 9 form outer space" when i was little ( a re-run of course , seeing i am just 20 years old)i fell in love with her darker vintage look. I love her tiny waist, long nails, black hair, and not least, her amazing eyebrows ! i love a woman that can be both sexy and slightly creepy, and look amazing in a simple black dress. Oh, definitely Rita Hayworth. She's everything I could ever hope to be. I admire the fact that although she though she was incredibly shy, she was still able to put on a brave face and take on the world - not to mention she made for a fierce redhead!

My favorite vintage icon would be Diana Dors, her exotic look combined with her adorable 1950's clothing and hair. Then there is all the western wear she poses in and how she wears it. Just knocks me dead if I could be like anyone in would be her or Carmen Miranda.
